F&B · Multi-outlet Test cell → Scale

A heritage F&B group, three outlets

A family-run F&B group with three outlets across the island wanted a lunch-hour footfall push without discounting margin away. The brief went straight onto the flight board: two media lanes, one built around delivery-app placement, one built around an in-app voucher shown to nearby office workers. Both ran as a creative test cell for two weeks on a modest budget.

The voucher lane outperformed placement by a wide margin on cost per redemption, so the scale call moved most of the remaining media budget there, with placement kept as a small always-on lane rather than dropped entirely. Landing-page hygiene work — cutting a slow menu page down to a single tap-to-order screen — mattered as much as the media lane decision itself.

B2B software Always-on retainer

A B2B logistics software vendor, always-on

This client had run occasional campaigns for two years with no consistent board — different freelancers, different formats, no shared performance loop. We moved them onto an always-on retainer: LinkedIn and search as the primary media lanes, AI-assisted production keeping four to six ad variants in test at any time, and a weekly performance loop review instead of a quarterly guess.

Within the first retainer quarter, cost per qualified enquiry across the two lanes settled into a range the client's sales team considered workable, and attribution catch-up work on their existing CRM cleared up a backlog of unlabelled leads from before we started. The retainer continues on a rolling monthly basis.

Skincare · Regional Multi-market test cells

A homegrown skincare label, expanding regionally

A Singapore skincare label preparing to launch in two neighbouring markets needed creative that would not need a full rebuild for each country. We ran parallel creative test cells — same offer, locally adjusted claim language, human-approved for each market's ad standards — before choosing a single hero format to scale across all three.

The exercise also caught a brand claim that would have needed rewording under one market's advertising code, flagged during the standard brand claim review before any spend went live there, not after a complaint.

Fintech Media lane diversification

A fintech onboarding app, single-channel plateau

This client had built an entire acquisition programme around a single media lane that had quietly plateaued for months, with no attribution catch-up to explain why. Our first month was largely diagnostic: rebuilding a proper attribution view, then running three small test cells across alternative lanes to find where a comparable audience actually existed.

One of the three alternative lanes cleared the test-cell bar within three weeks and was scaled; the other two were retired without further spend, on schedule, exactly as the test design intended. The client's board now tracks four lanes instead of one, each reviewed on its own performance loop.
