How we handle personal data, lane by lane
Rather than one long undivided legal block, we have organised this notice as thirteen lanes — the same way we organise a campaign flight. Each lane covers one topic. Last updated 20 July 2026.
Scope and controller
This notice explains how Campaign Push Pte. Ltd. ("Campaign Push", "we", "us") collects, uses, discloses and protects personal data in connection with campaignpush.life, our campaign assessment process, our client engagements, and our marketing activities. It is written to comply with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) and applies to visitors, prospective clients, clients, job applicants and vendors who interact with us.
The data controller for the purposes of this notice is Campaign Push Pte. Ltd., 115 Jalan Besar, #03-04, Singapore 208835, UEN 203058283K. Where we act as a data intermediary processing personal data on behalf of a client (for example, audience data inside a media lane a client owns), separate contractual terms with that client govern our handling, and this notice applies to our own direct collection instead.
Lane 02What personal data we collect
We collect personal data through a limited number of channels connected to running campaign flights and this website:
- Contact form submissions: name, email address, company name, enquiry type and message content.
- Email and phone correspondence: whatever a visitor or client chooses to share when reaching [email protected] or +65 6835 3918.
- Website usage data: pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and referring pages, collected via server logs and, only with consent, analytics cookies.
- Cookie preference data: the choice recorded when a visitor accepts, rejects or customises cookies through the banner on this site.
- Client engagement data: billing contact details, campaign briefs, and, where a client shares it, audience or customer data relevant to a media lane we are managing on their behalf.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive categories of personal data (such as health or financial account details) through this website, and we ask that enquiries avoid including such detail in the contact form message field.
Lane 03How data reaches us
Personal data reaches us directly, in three ways: a visitor fills in the contact form on the contact page; a visitor emails or calls the studio directly; or a client shares data with us as part of an active campaign flight, typically through a shared drive, a media platform account, or a project management tool. We do not purchase third-party contact lists to build a marketing database, and any prospecting we do relies on publicly available business contact information handled in line with PDPA obligations on unsolicited marketing.
Lane 04Why we use it — our purposes
We use personal data to: respond to campaign assessment enquiries and general questions; prepare proposals and quotes in Singapore dollars; deliver contracted campaign flight work, including media lane management and reporting; issue invoices and manage payment; comply with tax, accounting and other legal obligations; maintain the security of this website and our systems; and, only with consent recorded through the cookie banner, understand how visitors use this site so we can improve it.
We do not use personal data collected through this website to build automated profiles for resale, and we do not use contact form submissions for unrelated marketing without separate consent.
Lane 05Our legal basis under the PDPA
Singapore's PDPA is a consent-and-notification framework with several exceptions rather than a strict "legal basis" list, but broadly we rely on: consent, given when a visitor submits the contact form having read this notice and, separately, when a visitor accepts non-essential cookies; the contractual necessity exception, where processing is required to perform a service a client has engaged us for; and the legitimate interests exception, for matters like basic security logging and responding to a query someone has voluntarily raised with us. Where none of these clearly apply, we ask first.
Lane 06AI-assisted processing and your data
Some AI-assisted production tools we use in the course of a campaign flight may process content supplied by a client, such as brand guidelines or draft copy, in order to generate first-draft creative. We select tools with reasonable data-handling commitments and avoid feeding a client's confidential customer lists into general-purpose AI tools without a specific data-processing agreement in place. Personal data belonging to a client's own customers is never used to train a third-party AI model without that client's prior written agreement. Every AI-assisted output that touches personal data still passes through the same human-approved claims review described on our about page before it is used.
Lane 07Who we share data with
We share personal data with: media platforms and advertising networks, to the extent required to run an approved media lane on a client's behalf; email, form-handling and hosting providers who support the operation of this website; accounting and payment processors who help us issue and collect invoices; and professional advisers such as our accountant or lawyer, where necessary. We require these providers to handle data securely and only for the purposes we specify. We do not sell personal data to third parties, and we do not share contact form submissions with unrelated third-party marketers.
Lane 08Where data is stored and transferred
Our primary systems and hosting sit within Singapore or with providers offering equivalent data protection standards. Where a media platform or a cloud tool we use stores data outside Singapore, we take reasonable steps to confirm that provider maintains a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA, consistent with Singapore's data export requirements, before relying on that transfer.
Lane 09How long we keep data
We keep contact form and enquiry data for as long as reasonably needed to respond and follow up, and typically delete or anonymise it after twenty-four months of inactivity unless a client relationship begins, in which case client engagement data is retained per our contractual and accounting obligations (generally five years from the end of an engagement, per standard Singapore accounting practice). Cookie preference records are kept for approximately six months, matching the retention period described on our cookies page, after which a returning visitor is asked again.
Lane 10Your rights under the PDPA
Subject to applicable exceptions, you may ask us to: confirm what personal data we hold about you; correct inaccurate personal data; withdraw consent for a specific use, such as analytics cookies or marketing correspondence; and, in some circumstances, request deletion of personal data we no longer have a legitimate reason to keep. Withdrawing consent may affect our ability to respond to an enquiry or deliver a contracted service, and we will explain any such impact before acting on a withdrawal request. To exercise any of these rights, contact our Data Protection Officer using the details in Lane 13 below.
Lane 11Security measures
We apply reasonable administrative, technical and physical measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, use, disclosure or loss — including access controls on client project systems, use of reputable hosting and processing providers, and limiting internal access to personal data to studio members who need it to do their work. No system is perfectly secure, and we will notify affected individuals and, where required, the Personal Data Protection Commission, in the event of a data breach that poses a real risk of significant harm, in line with PDPA notification obligations.
Lane 12Children, marketing calls, and changes to this notice
This website and our services are intended for business use and are not directed at children. We honour the Singapore Do Not Call Registry for any marketing calls or messages we might send, and any marketing correspondence includes a clear way to opt out. We may update this notice from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or the law; the "last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version, and material changes will be flagged on this page for a reasonable period.
Lane 13Contact and our Data Protection Officer
Questions, requests or complaints about this notice or our handling of personal data can be sent to our Data Protection Officer at [email protected], or by post to Campaign Push Pte. Ltd., 115 Jalan Besar, #03-04, Singapore 208835. We aim to respond to all requests within thirty days. If you remain unsatisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC).
This privacy notice describes our general data handling practices and does not constitute legal advice. If your organisation needs a data-processing agreement specific to a campaign flight involving your customer data, please raise this during the campaign assessment stage so it can be documented before work begins.
